The ghost whispered in her ear
I wanted to transcend the transience of this world
The ghost whispered to her soul
The dark secrets of the nether world

The ghost came to her, all velvet and sugar
With Goddess on his lips, he hid his poison dagger
He said have you ever seen anyone like me
who throbs with so much life and yet is free

She looked in his eyes as he hugged her close
She tasted his lips as they kissed some more
She soaked in his words and opened her heart
She lost herself in those truthless hours

He said I have it in me to give you pleasure
He said I have it in me to be your sole lover
Be my Goddess, and I shall be your loyal slave
Savour me anytime, this slave flesh is a "must have"

She raged in return to fight for his dignity
To tell him he was no slave but a friend eternally
She said I dont believe you were meant to be a ghost
So sweet and pure, you are special and then more

Just as she fought through, her blinding tears
She caught the glinting arc of his betrayal and her death
The dagger he hid, plunged deep, ripping her heart
Filling her with his poison, till she lost all  

The ghost stood up, He kissed her blue lips
Goodbye, you foolish stranger, 
You were too blind to see
All that we shared was only make-believe, you see

Its a game that we play in our haunting Ghost Town
where the living are discarded and the abandoned souls taken
I kill your heart and I take away your soul
Then I enter the circle of living while you remain alone

Soon the pain will numb you and you will die to feel
This wound will bleed, you will never heal
Till you find a loving heart to plunge your poison dagger
